• Pickup is free: DTDC collects the parcel from your doorstep at no cost to you.
• You can request a return within 5 days of delivery.
• Pickup is arranged within 3 to 5 business days of your request.
• The item must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags and labels intact.
• As per our Fair Usage Policy, frequent or excessive return requests may be restricted.

• Open My Orders, pick the order and choose Return for refund.
• Tell us the reason, add photos if you like, and submit.
• We confirm on WhatsApp, usually within 24 hours.

• Refunds are processed within 3 to 4 days after pickup, once the set passes our quality check.
• Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method.
• COD orders are refunded by UPI. Our support team will ask you for your UPI ID.
• The ₹199 partial COD amount and the ₹100 COD charge are not refunded.
• Refunds are adjusted for any coupon or discount used.
• If a returned set fails our quality check, the refund may be partial or rejected, as per our Fair Usage Policy.

Once the refund is processed, it shows in your account as follows:

• Cards and net banking: up to 7 days.
• UPI: up to 5 days.

• You can request an exchange within 5 days of delivery.
• Exchange is for a different size, subject to stock availability.
• Pickup is arranged within 3 to 5 business days of your request.
• Once the pickup passes our quality check, your new size is dispatched.
• As per our Fair Usage Policy, frequent or excessive exchange requests may be restricted.

• Open My Orders, pick the order and choose Exchange for another size.

• Once approved, pickup is arranged and the new size is sent after the quality check.

• No. Once placed, an order cannot be cancelled by the customer.
• If we are unable to ship your order, we cancel it ourselves and refund everything you paid.
• After delivery, you can request a return or exchange within 5 days.

• We always want your experience to be smooth and hassle-free.
• If an account shows unusually high return or exchange activity, we may restrict such requests or orders to prevent misuse.
• Quality check failures at our warehouse may lead to partial or rejected refunds.
• Misuse of multiple accounts or repeated abuse of our policies is not allowed.

• DTDC makes up to three pickup attempts.
• If all attempts fail, contact our support team and we will help you raise a fresh request.
• A new request is possible only within the 5 days return or exchange window.

• You also get a tracking link by SMS when the parcel leaves our store, and on WhatsApp.
• Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 2 days and delivered within 5 to 7 days.

• We use soft cotton, linen or flex cotton, Mul Chanderi and crush, depending on the design.
• Every product page names the exact fabric, along with the fit, the length and the wash note.

• We offer sizes from S to 6XL to cater to all body types.
• Plus Size starts at 3XL.
• Please refer to the size chart on the product page.
• Between two sizes, take the larger one.

• Cotton can show minor shrinkage, which should not affect the fit.
• Some prints may release a little colour in the first 2 to 3 washes.
• To avoid colour transfer, wash it separately, by hand in cold water, and dry it in the shade.
