Delivery
- We ship across India from our store in Chickpet, Bengaluru, with DTDC.
- Delivery is free on every order.
Payment options
- Pay the full amount online, or pay ₹199 at checkout and the balance on delivery.
- A ₹100 cash-on-delivery charge is added to the balance on that option.
- The ₹199 is not refunded if the parcel is refused, cannot be delivered, or is returned.
Tracking
- You get a tracking link by SMS the moment the parcel leaves our store, and on WhatsApp.
Refused or undelivered parcels
- The parcel comes back to us.
