Return & Exchange Policy

Request window
- Request a return or exchange within 5 days of delivery, from My Orders.
Condition
- The set must be unworn, unwashed, with the tags on.
- Photos are welcome but not required.
How it works
- We review each request and confirm on WhatsApp, usually within 24 hours.
- Once approved, DTDC collects the parcel from your address at no cost to you.
- If the courier cannot collect it, we reschedule the same request.
Refunds and exchanges
- Refunds are released after the returned set passes our quality check.
- On orders where ₹199 was paid at checkout, that ₹199 is not refunded on a return.
- Exchanges are sent once the first parcel reaches us and passes the check, subject to the new size being in stock.
Refused or undelivered parcels
- If a parcel is refused or cannot be delivered, the ₹199 paid online is not refunded.
