Frequently Asked Questions
Refund Related
- Refunds are processed within 3 to 4 days after pickup, once the set passes our quality check.
- Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method.
- COD orders are refunded by UPI. Our support team will ask you for your UPI ID.
- The ₹199 partial COD amount and the ₹100 COD charge are not refunded.
- Refunds are adjusted for any coupon or discount used.
- If a returned set fails our quality check, the refund may be partial or rejected, as per our Fair Usage Policy.
- After processing, it may take up to 7 days for the amount to show in your account, as banks take time to transfer.
Order Related
- Pickup is free: DTDC collects the parcel from your doorstep at no cost to you.
- You can request a return within 5 days of delivery.
- Pickup is arranged within 3 to 5 business days of your request.
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags and labels intact.
- As per our Fair Usage Policy, frequent or excessive return requests may be restricted.
- Open My Orders, pick the order and choose Return for refund.
- Tell us the reason, add photos if you like, and submit.
- We confirm on WhatsApp, usually within 24 hours.
- Open My Orders, pick the order and choose Exchange for another size.
- Or WhatsApp our support team on +91 63614 29605 within 5 days of delivery.
- Once approved, pickup is arranged and the new size is sent after the quality check.
Delivery Related
- Open My Orders to see the status of your order.
- You also get a tracking link by SMS when the parcel leaves our store, and on WhatsApp.
- Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 2 days and delivered within 5 to 7 days.
Product Related
- We use soft cotton, linen or flex cotton, Mul Chanderi and crush, depending on the design.
- Every product page names the exact fabric, along with the fit, the length and the wash note.
- We offer sizes from S to 6XL to cater to all body types.
- Plus Size starts at 3XL.
- Please refer to the size chart on the product page.
- Between two sizes, take the larger one.
- Cotton can show minor shrinkage, which should not affect the fit.
- Some prints may release a little colour in the first 2 to 3 washes.
- To avoid colour transfer, wash it separately, by hand in cold water, and dry it in the shade.
